Hannah’s Journey – From Apprentice to Control Room Manager

A huge congratulations to Hannah Rawling, who has been appointed Control Room Manager here at Shield Security!

Hannah’s story with Shield started back in 2014, when she joined us aged just 17 through an apprenticeship scheme linked to Archbishop Sentamu School and a business studies programme we proudly supported. Over the last 10 years, Hannah has shown incredible dedication, developing her skills and knowledge while working her way up through the team.

Now, at 27 years old, Hannah is stepping into her new management role — a fantastic achievement and a real success story of loyalty, hard work, and progression within Shield.

The whole team is looking forward to supporting Hannah as she takes on this new challenge, and we’re excited to see her make the role her own. Well done, Hannah — we’re proud to have been part of your journey so far!
