Shield Security was delighted to be a finalist at the Hull Daily Mail Business Awards, in which the company was held up as an example to others across the region for its commitment to providing great customer service.

The event, in its 15th year, recognises the best performing businesses from across East Yorkshire, with Shield Security described as a firm which ‘went above and beyond’ for its customers, with praise for the way staff take great pride in their job, benefitting all parties.

A team of employees from Shield attended the event, at the Mercure Hull Grange Park Hotel, in Willerby, where Martin Green, chief executive of Hull City of Culture 2017 was guest speaker.

Managing director Dave Frank said it was a great night for Shield to be a finalist.

“To be amongst the very best businesses across the region being recognised for their success was a great night for Shield, and an indication again of the quality staff we are fortunate to have at the business, and the quality of service they provide our customers.
