Security Officers

Shield Security employs over 300 Security Officers working across the North/North East of England on a wide range of security projects. This figure is continually growing due predominantley to the company's organic growth and development.

Shield takes great care to recruit the region's finest security officers and offers an attractive package which includes a programme of ongoing training and development, to ensure that all officers are kept up to date with current issues and legislations.

All Officers are taken through an induction process and are fully trained to deal with situations of aggression and violence, bomb threat procedures, CCTV codes of practices, restraint methods and personnel and vehicle searches.

Shield trains its officers to not only act as an ambassador for "Shield Security" but also for its clients, whose property and interests it is their duty to protect.
